Eureka Friday Night Market

Part Farmer's Market, part craft fair, including food trucks and a bar garden, this weekly market is not one to miss. Come buy some farm-fresh produce from our North Coast Grower's Association farmer's market, shop for gifts and home goods, grab a bite at one of our food vendors, and hang out with friends and neighbors. With live music and kid-friendly events, this market is a great way to kick-start your weekend with the whole family. The market runs every Friday from 5 - 8 PM until October 19 in Old Town. Start at Clark Plaza on E and 3rd.

A major goal in the creation of our market is to establish Old Town Eureka as a place for neighbors to gather. With this in mind, we set up community dining tables and encourage people to stay a while. We aim to create a cozy, inviting atmosphere where our visitors can really get to know one another and our vendors.

We chose the time of our market to better serve the working community in Eureka. With many people working until 5 PM, we felt that it was important to provide another opportunity for folks to grab some fresh produce before they head home. With our festive atmosphere, we have turned going to the Farmer's Market into an extension of the weekend. We have a growing list of farmers joining throughout the season, be sure to check back often to see what's in season.

Another way our market is unique is that we have a bar booth every week. This booth operates as a fundraiser for Humboldt Made, an organization that represents many of our local breweries, distilleries, and wineries. Weekly, they serve beer from Mad River, Six Rivers, and Eel River. They feature their distilleries on a rotation - be sure the check back every week for the fun, new cocktails being served.
