Join us on Saturday, February 1st, at 12:00pm for Mini Masters and take home a free children’s book!
Come make your own whimsical collage painting starring you as the subject! We will be making art inspired by the newly installed exhibition “Recurrence: Avery Palmer Returns to Humboldt”, by Avery Palmer. Print out a picture of yourself, or your family member, to collage onto a silly themed background painting that you get to design yourself! Visitors will also hear a read aloud of “After the fall: How Humpty Dumpty got back up again”, written by Dan Santat.
Carrying on the mission of the long running program, PBSNC Kids Club, this monthly workshop includes story time, tours of current exhibitions, literacy games and art activities! Designed for families of children ages 2-8, but all ages are welcome.
