Join our art educators as we have fun using fabric, paper, clay, and other 3-D materials to learn about, explore, and create your own dolls from various cultures. Be inspired by Nicole Havekost’s cooking and sewing doll series, featured in her current exhibition Massed, before making a doll of your design or from various world cultures. Art Educators will be available to help with technical and design aspects of Guatemalan Worry dolls, Japanese Hina dolls, Russian nesting dolls, Matryoshka dolls, and dolls from many more cultures.
